The Swiss band RUSCONI just updated their Bandcamp with 3 singles off their upcoming album Revolution to be released March 2nd as a free download on their website.

After 3 years signed with a major company we decided to do everything by ourselves again. And it feels great!

In June 2011, we booked a spacious room in Basel (CH). After Hannes Kumke had provided his wonderful recording-material, the rehearsals — initially intended as an intensive tryout only — turned into a serious recording production. The upshot of June’s get-together are tunes, which reflect our current interests and creative process.

On 'Revolution', you will find us whistling, clapping, scratching, improvising, rattling, and singing; grand piano, drums, double bass, distortion, feedback, space echo, instrumental preparations, and a cassette recorder make 'Revolution' a synthesis of our new musical course and sound, which we have developed during the last few years while touring.
