Saxophonist and composer Jerome Sabbagh has lived in New York since 1995. Jerome Sabbagh has recorded three albums as a leader, "One Two Three", "Pogo" and "North". He has played with Victor Lewis, Guillermo Klein, Andrew Cyrille, Reggie Workman, Daniel Humair, Ben Monder, Ben Street, Rodney Green, Laurent Coq and Jean-Michel Pilc.
The Jerome Sabbagh Quartet, as heard on "North" (Fresh Sound New Talent) and "Pogo" (Sunnyside) features guitarist Ben Monder, bassist Joe Martin and drummer Ted Poor. It focuses on original compositions. The Jerome Sabbagh Trio, as heard on "One Two Three" (Bee Jazz) features bassist Ben Street and drummer Rodney Green. It focuses on standards.
