Virtuoso guitarist Julian Lage has been involved in a number of great duet albums recently with Fred Hersch, Nels Cline, and Chris Eldridge. He recently released World’s Fair, his solo guitar album featuring his originals. The opener on that album is “40’s”, and Lage recently brought that tune to his new trio featuring Eric Harland on drums and Scott Colley on bass.
